Instructions for Reservations

• Reservations will be closed as soon as the number of participants reaches the limit.
• Please note that we do not provide a waiting list.
• We do not accept the increase of number of participants after your booking is accepted.
• For age 13 years old and up.
• We do not accept participants who wish for only the factory tour or only the workshop.
• "Adult" specify persons of ages 13 years and older, and "Child" specify persons of ages 12 years and younger.
• Any participants between 6 and 12 years old must be accompanied by someone of age 13 or older.
• Two children ages 12 years and younger are free to join for each purchased workshop kit.
  (Please apply for an additional kit for more then two children ages 12 and younger.)
• Children (ages 6 and younger) cannot enter the building or participate for safety reasons.

Instructions for Visiting Us

• Please come 15 minutes prior to the start time to complete check-in at the Reception Counter on the first floor of the adjacent Ina Factory.
• Smoking is prohibited on-site.
• Pets are not allowed on-site. Only assistance dogs are allowed.
• We refuse to accept participants who are inebriated.
• There is no space for eating.
• We do not provide wheelchairs.
• Explanation during workshop will be by Japanese, but there is a video with English subtitles for the factory tour.
• The sessions will be conducted together with other participants.
• If assistance is required, please come with an appropriate assistant.
• We may cancel sessions or close down facilities due to unexpected situation such as inspections or construction of factory equipment, typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy snowfall.　(In these case, we will post notifications on our website.)
• Please come in comfortable clothes for the walking factory tour and hands-on workshop.
• Taking photos or movies of factory equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Please note that the production line may not be operating during the factory tour.
• For groups, please settle experience fees in one payment.

Shipping Miso

• Miso will be shipped through a third-party courier.
• The miso will be delivered to owners approximately three months after the workshop.
• Miso can only be shipped within Japan. No deliveries can be made outside Japan.
• Participants' miso will be fermented and aged approximately three months in our facility before shipping.
• It is not permissible to take miso home from the workshop.
